Arendusprojektide 1-9 projekteerimine, nende omapära:

1. Tõenäoliselt kõige energiasäästlikumad majad, materjali, kuju, ruumikava ja konstruktsioonilises osas, mis vastavad liginullenergia ja rohetehnoloogia nõuetele. Pakume soodsamat lahendusi oma kodu rajamisel – noorte-, suurtele peredele, pensionäridele ja nõudlikumatele klientidele, kes hindavad ratsionaalsust.

2. Kasutusvaldkonnad:

Suvilad, kodukontorid, saunamajad, puhkemajad, (kategoorias „Suvila 2“), elamud, paaris-  ja ridaelamud, korter-, sotsiaalmajad ja ühiselamud, mini-hotellid.

3. Koosnevad – moodul-, element-,  ja pre-cut majadest/ hoonetest.

4. Materjal:

a) ristkihtpuit paneelid

b) uus puitkarkass modulaarne ehitussüsteem (st. enamus hooneid teisaldatavad)

c) frees- ja liimpalk hooned

Kahepere-, ridaelamud, korter-, sotsiaalmajad ja ühiselamud koosnevad ühest tervik suletud moodulist CLT ( üks korter), mis tõstetakse kraana abil objektil üksteise kõrvale ja peale.

5. Eesmärk – tõsta konkurentvõimekust, mis looks olulise eelise eksportturgudel.

6. Et uued ideed realiseeruksid on töötatud välja terviklahendused enim erinevatest materjalidest standardseid moodulitest koosnevaid komplekte, mis oleksid kõige jätkusuutlikumad.

Märkused – ilma vaadeteta kategooriates pole tehtud vaateid. Liginullenergia hoonetes kehtib reegel – mida lihtsam kuju, seda parem. Kategooriad jaotatud mitmeks osaks. Põhjus – projektide kogus on suur, 1100 ja tehes vaateid, mis on lihtsa kujuga läheks maht veelgi suuremaks.
